    What Style of T-shirts do you offer.

    We use standard unisex T-shirts that are 100% preshrunk cotton. We also carry mens and ladies fitted ringspun cotton t-shirts.

    Where does Whitebeardteez ship from?

    USA/International orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility located in Buffalo, New York (via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL) Canadian orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility located in Toronto, Canada (via CANADA POST)

    What method do you use to make the printed T-shirts?

    We use Direct To Garment Printing (DTG) to produce your orders.

    Youth: XSmall, Small and Medium.
    Adult: Small to 6 Extra Large.

    How do I place an order?

    You just need to click Add to Cart on item you'd like to purchase.

    How do I pay for an order I placed?

    Every unpaid order you create will appear under your Shopping Cart. Click the PayPal button, login to your PayPal account and submit your payment.

    Your cart will automatically be submitted to Whitebeardteez for processing.

    How do I know if my item shipped?

    Whitebeardteez allows you to see real-time updates of your orders.We'll emiail you every update.
    Each Order # will include the ship date and a tracking number (US-only) to provide to your customers.

    Do you offering tracking number with orders?

    Yes once your order is in process of shipping out you will receive a tracking number for that order which can be viewed in your Order history page. Currently we only offer tracking for orders going to the United States.

    How secure is my personal information ?

    Whitebeardteez.com uses industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.

    What shipping address is used for processing orders?

    Whitebeardteez.com uses shipping information provided by paypal.

    Once Whitebeardteez has received your order, they will ship to the address provided your PayPal address on file to ship to your address.

    Why doesn't my order have a tracking number?

    Whitebeardteez.com tries to provide a tracking number for all out-going orders. If addresses can not be verified through, use a P.O. Box or military address, tracking numbers may not be provided due to invalid addresses.
